This is where a dispatcher is going to get things done! On this screen you can see your pours for the day, their status (on job, washing out, etc.), and who's assigned to do the pour. You can also track orders which have been moved to new dates, and orders that have been cancelled. It's all there for you so you don't have to flip between pages in a book and try to figure out what's going on.
