Concrete Pumping Conference for Owner and Managers
The ACPA education conference, Pumping Knowledge Into Your Business, is October 12–13 at the Westin Westminster in Westminster, CO. Consisting of 11 educational seminars, indoor and outdoor displays by vendors and manufacturers, and much more, this event is a must-attend for your business.
If you're an owner or a manager looking to add some firepower to your company's arsenal then this is the event for you!
At the conference be sure to check out the "Sync-Up your Business Using the Latest Technology" seminar. James Nolan (President and Founder of DispatchThis) will be among the panelists discussing the tools available to small and large concrete pumping companies to improve efficiency and make a positive difference to your bottom-line.
Along with the displays, seminars, food and networking opportunities the event will also feature two new Mack Truck engines. Mack representatives will discuss the changes that have taken place (this is a HUGE concern to the industry right now).
The $199.00 Registration has been extended. Sign up today!

For Fun: Kids and Pumps
A couple of stories which caught our eye this month come from Minnesota and Iowa, where a pair of concrete pumping companies participated in local fundraisers. Both events were geared towards giving kids a chance to get up-close and personal with concrete pumps and other large vehicles.
Alex Concrete participated in Big Vehicle Day in Alexandria, MN to help raise money for the The Douglas County Early Childhood and Family Education, while American Concrete Pumping participated in the Move It, Dig It, Do It fundraiser to benefit the Iowa Children's Museum.
