Concrete Pumping Conference for Owner and Managers
The first ever ACPA Education Conference, Pumping Knowledge into your Business, was a tremendous success.
Not only did it provide concrete pumping professionals with an opportunity to get together and exchange ideas outside of the WOC (see below!), but it also offered a first-time ever conference dedicated to education programs specifically for concrete pumping companies. The conference proved a fulfilling experience for concrete pumpers who could share the obstacles they have in common from region to region, the way they find solutions within their organizations, and tried-and-true methods for growing their businesses.
The seminars ranged from technology (our very own James Nolan was a presenter), to customer service, to motivational tips on running and growing your business. The days were packed with information and provided a great balance of time for socializing and learning.
Our hats are off to the ACPA and its committee members for offering such a high-quality, high-value event to the industry. Be sure to keep your eyes open for the next conference, currently scheduled for 2009. Better yet, join the ACPA today and start your company on the road to professional success and safety.
