We at DispatchThis, hope you had a Merry Christmas and wish you a very happy and prosperous New Year.
2008 was a dynamic year for the industry, and momentous one for DispatchThis. With our acquisition of Pumpware in January of 2008, we gained the responsibility of supporting the largest companies in the industry while already being privileged to support customers with fleets ranging in size from 1 pump to well over 50.
The industry is in flux. It's a time of transition for many companies, and we are fortunate to have a broad customer base which provides us with a fantastic cross-section to learn from. We're working with our customers to understand what their changing needs are and are planning the future of our products.
We are grateful to all of our customers for their continued support of our products and their willingness to share with us their needs and concerns. It's been our pleasure to support you and we look forward to continuing to build and support the tools which this industry relies on to get work done day after day.
